The admin of this site is a scammer

We're aware that there is a facebook group claiming to be giving away free BEAST autographs as well as selling autographed merchandise.
https://www.facebook.com/pages/BEAST-B2ST/191733130749?ref=tswho is also the Admin of this forum.
This FB page claimed to be affiliated with YesAsia and Cube Ent.
After some investigation we’ve found that these claims are false and the owner of the FB page has now removed that information from his page.
First of all there were contests held on the FB page giving away free autographs to lucky winners. At the end of the contest he claimed to have shipped out all of the prizes. A few days later he states that there wasn’t enough funds to ship out all of the orders and asked for donations. He claimed to have needed $300 in order to ship all of the prizes. He also advertised special autographed packages that you can buy for a sum of money.
If he was affiliated/sponsored by YesAsia and Cube then you’d think he’d have the funds to cover the shipping costs. Otherwise the contests wouldn’t have happened in the first place
He also states on his FB group page that if they were to reach 10,000 fans, then they’d give away posters to EVERYONE.
That’s 10,000 posters… 1000 of them autographed… That offer in itself does not sound possible… if they didn’t have the funds to ship 30 posters… i don’t think they’d have the funds to ship 10,000 posters; let alone provide that many to give away.
I’ve been in contact with this person directly and received some contradicting statements to prove that his sources are NOT legitimate. The person who runs the group is still a student (a teenager) who happens to just have entered highschool. He was not able to answer any of my questions professionally nor provide any photo evidence of the items he’s giving away.
When I asked for proof he told me
“We cannot post a picture because it is against YesAsia's and CUBE Entertainment's TOS”
How would posting pictures for proof be against one’s terms of service?
To someone else, he sent in this horribly photo-shopped picture
The sources of his photos are

https://2img.net/h/oi45.tinypic.com/2mrtuz4.jpgHe mentions he'll be shipping the items himself and that he's located in Philly.
But then he contradicts himself by saying all the items are located in Korea so he cant provide a real photo... fishy right?
There are also a number of other reasons that prove he’s not legitimate, but this was enough for me to believe that he’s out to scam everyone.
